Cover slightly bent at corners, streaks of discoloration. Gilt in embossed title and publisher's seal on spine partially worn away. Inside, some age spotting and staining on pages, some top corners bent, otherwise pages in good condition. Binding slightly loose. Rufus Anderson (1796-1880) was an American minister who spent several decades organizing overseas missions. He traveled to the Hawaiian Islands in 1863 and wrote several books on his travels.
