What if my order is damaged when it arrives?

 

If the shipping container appears damaged upon arrival, please point out the damage to the carrier if you can and contact us immediately! But don't worry, all of our shipments are insured.

What if I have questions about an order I have placed?

 

Please contact us by phone or email. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your order or our merchandise.

How do I know if you have received my order?

 

You will receive confirmation emails when your order is placed, when it is processed, and when it is shipped.

What if I have Hawaiian or Polynesian items that I would like to sell?

 

We are very strong buyers of Hawaiian and Polynesian items and are always actively searching for new pieces. Please contact us by phone or email.

If I am looking for a specific item and do not see it on your website, what do I do?

 

Please contact us. We have a large inventory and can email you photos. And if we don't have something to your liking in stock, we may be able to locate it for you.

How do you ship?

 

All of our products are shipped using the United States Postal Service and are insured. Fed Ex shipping is also available but additional charges apply.

Will you ship my purchase to Guam?

 

We'll ship your purchases anywhere in the world. However, there is an additional charge for shipments outside of the United States.

Where do you find your merchandise?

 

We buy from private collections all over the world.
